I am an emerging artist predominantly working in acrylic paint. I paint landscapes and portraits, experimenting with expressionist and impressionist styles, impasto and bold colour palettes.

My current body of work is a study of classical portraiture. I am recreating classic portraits with heads and faces of animals, modifying the original images. Through appropriating familiar works from past art periods including Baroque, Rococo and Neoclassicism, I am exploring the differences in light, tone and colour between the different styles.
